Translations

Workflow

If your documents are not in English, we can translate them for you. Each copy will be stamped and signed to confirm that they are a true and accurate translation. From translation of birth or marriage certificates, academic transcripts, medical letters, employment contracts, criminal records to full localization of your website, we will do everything we can to provide you with best services and competitive pricing.

  • Step 1 - Send us your documents and your requirements. You can simply email or use Whatsapp to send a photo of the document.
  • Step 2 - We provide you with a quote for the required service.
  • Step 3 - If you accept the quote, you complete an online payment, and we start your translation.
  • Step 4 - We send you the original translation by post or you may collect from our offices.
Legalisation / Hague Apostille

The Hague Apostille is usually required if you want to use abroad documents issued in the UK. You may need to enquire with the local authorities in the country where you intend to use it if there are other requirements. We offer apostille services for UK issued birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, power of attorney, P60 forms, salary slips, employer issued statements and more.

To process your request, we need the original documents. We are registered translations provider with the Romanian Embassy in London.

Types of Translations

Our translators have experience both in translating official documents and in working with British officials.

We are registered as an approved provider with the Romanian Consulate in London; our translators are authorised and regulated by the Romanian Ministry of Justice.

We can help you with legalisation (the Hague Apostille) for the UK issued documents.

Legal translations

We are working with experienced legal translators to maintain accuracy and consistency of your documents. We appreciate that fast turnaround times for legal translations are vital in legal cases.

If you require a Power of attorney for the Romanian authorities, we can assist with the translation. You may sign it before a UK Notary Public or at the Romanian Consulate.

We understand the need for confidentiality when handling documents; we have a rigorous confidentiality policy in place.

Certified Translations

After having translated your documents we apply our stamp, signature and date on every page, we also attach a letter confirming our details and other information required: https://www.gov.uk/certifying-a-document

“Certifying a translation: If you need to certify a translation of a document that’s not written in English or Welsh, ask the translation company to confirm in writing on the translation: that it’s a ‘true and accurate translation of the original document’, the date of the translation, the full name and contact details of the translator or a representative of the translation company”.

Apostille Services

Countries that have signed up to Hague Convention require an Apostille on documents issued abroad.

The Apostille is a certificate issued in the UK by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). This confirms that the signature on the document is genuine.

If you require, we can arrange for your documents to be sent to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to obtain an Apostille on your behalf.
