We are located in Birmingham, England. We have a meeting room in London, and we work with you online which enables competitive pricing, and this also delivers a fast and efficient service.
We have clients, families and companies from all over the world and help them to obtain a positive UK immigration result. You will always receive advice from a dedicated adviser.
GB Immigration has carefully chosen the areas of United Kingdom immigration that we wish to specialise. We specialise in family, work, EU, and student immigration.
GB Immigration is managed by a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) who is an authorised lawyer and Commissioner for Oaths under the Legal Services Act 2007, empowered to administer oaths, affirmations, and statutory declarations without supervision. Please note that we cannot exercise these functions in any legal proceedings where GB Immigration represents one of the parties, in line with regulatory safeguards concerning conflicts of interest.
We expressly clarify that we are not regulated by the SRA and the SRA's compulsory insurance scheme does not apply to the services we provide.
We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at the highest level Advocacy and Representation (Level 3). The IAA regulates UK immigration advisers, ensuring they are competent to act in the best interest of clients.
Our goal is to provide excellent service. We understand that the United Kingdom immigration policy can be complicated and changes may occur, but we keep up-to-date with continuous professional training.
The IAA was set up under the Immigration, and Asylum Act 1999 and they also act under the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. Their primary duties are to:
- publish a code of standards and other rules for immigration advisers
- maintain a list and register of regulated advisers
- refuse entry to or deregulate advisers who don’t keep to the required standards of good practice, and discipline, restrain or prosecute as appropriate
- maintain oversight of the designated professional bodies in Scotland and Northern Ireland with this duty
GB Immigration is compliant with IAA recommendations and requirements, and therefore we are permitted to provide professional UK immigration advice and services. You may find information regarding the IAA on their website. Our registration number: F201800075.
